1. How can I get a FREE or discounted cruise?
Click the link above to sign up for Carnival Fun Match and/or Princess Offer Match. Just by signing up you'll get a cruise discount, free drinks in the casino, and $50 in free play. Next, upload your loyalty card from other casinos and you could potentially receive a greater discount or FREE* cruise. *Taxes, port fees and gratuities may be required.
2. What does my cruise include?
All food and light beverages (regular juice/water/coffee/tea stations) are included, excluding specialty restaurants and cafes, sodas, bottled waters and alcohol. BUT as part of Carnival Fun Match and Princess Offer Match, you will also get complimentary alcoholic beverages while you play in the casino!
3. What other costs will I incur?
Passengers may be responsible for paying their taxes, port fees and gratuities to Carnival and Princess. Any other specialty dining, drinks, internet, excursions or other on board expenses are at your own discretion.
4. Can I use my free cruise offer from a casino for discounts on this cruise?
5. How long does it take to get a response back to find out about my offers?
From sign-up to uploading your offers to finalizing a booking, the process typically takes about a week.
6. I booked my cruise elsewhere, can I still join your group?
The only ways to be linked with our group is if you signed up for Carnival Fun Match or Princess Offer Match (as relevant) before booking your cruise, or if you booked your cruise with a BCSlots Cruises offer. If you did not, the sole method to remedy this is to cancel your cruise, sign up for Carnival Fun Match or Princess Offer Match, then re-book your cruise. We know it's a hassle, but it's the only technical way to get your booking associated with our group. If you are unsure, Contact us and we can help!
7. Can i submit a carnival offer to Princess offer match?
No, you cannot submit a Carnival Cruise Line offer to be matched by Princess Cruise Line. Only casino offers from land-based casinos or other cruise lines (with the exception of Carnival) will be considered for Princess Offer Match.
