Say what?? Over time my sayings have definitely caught on. But where did they come from??
Literally in my first video, I used the word Rude to describe a bad result that started out looking as if it was going to be good. I used it a lot in life and in my videos and didn’t even realize it. It was my viewers who noticed and kept using it in the comments themselves. It caught on quickly and I became the RUDE guy. I certainly didn’t create the word Rude, but I became known for it! And Rudie-Tudie is a play off of Tooty-Fruity (even though they mean different things), and it also means a bad result.
That is all Marco. He started telling me my wins were delicious, and that caught on in my language, which caught on with my fans! And besides, it wasn’t good to just be known for a negative word like RUDE haha.
My fans came up with the name of our Fan Club. I think we spent 2-3 weeks trying to name our group. There were a few names that came up but Rudies is the one they overwhelmingly chose. I was the Rude Man, so it only made sense they were my Rudies. (And right now my Rudies have the BEST chance ever to WIN a free all inclusive trip to Vegas for Rudies Weekend!)
Line it UP
Yup, you guessed it. I just started saying it without realizing. I say it when I want a line hit to line up. For example if my first 2 reels are wilds, or have bonus symbols – we need to line up a win on a payline!
Vowza Schnauza (or Wowza Schnauza)
I’m going to need to research this. I often will pick up phrases from films I’ve watched, and this may be one of them. Maybe it came from my siblings too – they are weird like me, haha. Going back to the Ace Ventura or The Mask days, I would use his catch phrases non-stop! ‘Somebody stop me!’ or ‘Do NOT go in there, wooo!!’ (I was young, shh lol). Regardless of where it came from, its used to exclaim excitement. "Vowza, that was hot"!
My less than proudest moment, when I was ‘Low Betting, High Drinking’ and I got plastered by the end of the video. When closing out, I tried to say “Thanks for watching, My name is Brian and I am drunk!”. Instead, due to my lack of function so to speak, it just came out ‘BRUNK’. Immediately, it became a thing and the fans demanded a Brunk t-shirt. Many fans have bought the Brunk shirt and instead changed the first letter to match the beginning of their name. For example, Wayne=Wrunk, Charlie=Crunk or Danielle is, well Drunk! If you’re up to it, you can even customize your own at CasinoSwag.com. These days I now keep my low betting, high drinking episodes for my Rudies on our private page of Facebook. I don’t need my family seeing that behavior any more. In a recent episode with my Rudies, I broke into improv’d songs like “Shut the Front Door” the musical!
Shut the Front Door
I definitely didn’t create this. It’s in a ton of shows and movies. I think I remember it from Saved by the Bell the most. It’s what I say when something positive catches me by surprise or I get a hand pay!
I’m sure there are many other sayings I’ve said and will continue to come up with. Be sure to mention the others I say on my Facebook Post today! I know you just love to find out tons of weird things about me. So in case you didn’t know, I’m also famous for having died multiple times! More on that in next weeks blog…
Brian xoxo ❤️
