1. Entry into the Giveaway is limited to those participants that complete all instructions as stated in the contest post. Participants must comment on the contest post on Facebook and follow Brian Christopher Slots, Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, and Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs ​to be eligible.
2. Participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.
4. Contest ends on Friday, September 18th at 3pm Pacific time. Upon conclusion of the contest, winners will be drawn utilizing a computer-generated randomizer from all eligible participants. Winner winners will be notified via Facebook and must respond within 48 hours of notification or a new winner will be selected.
5. The prize awarded will include a two night hotel stay at Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, CA from October 2-4th, 2020, $300 food comp (valid at Agua Caliente owned restaurants, does not include alcohol or gratuity), and approximately 30 minutes of gambling with Brian Christopher (gambling money not included). Winners must provide their own transportation to Agua Caliente. 
6. Three prizes will be give away. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred.
8. No purchase necessary. Purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of winning.
9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Giveaway are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
